We are consolidating our IT team in the field of production development - production and quality launch management.

IT Production Launch Management (m/w)

Responsibilities:

• Self-dependent management of complex global production and quality launch/rollout projects, while focusing on IT standards, business satisfaction and operational excellence. Small order tracking and follow-up is also required to insure ZF standards are adhered to
• Ensuring launch project success in scope, quality, time and cost by controlling project budget and deciding countermeasures on his own authority within the specified project canvas as well as responsibility for managing project risk actively
• Lead temporary launch teams to meet project objectives
• Drive programs and roadmaps to implement ZF2025 Strategy together with respective business partners in Production and Quality. Enable and actively contribute to both the I4.0 and digitization strategies by launching new platforms and installations
• Ensure compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning software license management; Also solely responsible for financial planning for area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Master´s or Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT/Project Management, international experience preferred
• Working knowledge of information systems required, with experience in automotive manufacturing and/or quality systems highly preferred, Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
• Work experience as a launch manager, project / program manager is preferred
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
