Commodity Buyer Electromechanics (m/w)

Responsibilities:

• Active participation to develop global part family strategies to match with I-Division needs, deriving supplier strategies, supplier evaluations and –development
• Support of advanced development processes and to ensure an Early-Supplier-Involvement approach
• Conducting supplier selection process, including RFQ, quotation analysis and until final awarding
• Planning and conducting of cost reduction activities and workshops with suppliers
• Leading negotiations within a defined scope of decision making
• Global responsibility as Lead-Buyer for defined suppliers
• Execute operational daily business

Requirements:

• University degree in Technical or Commercial field or alternatively a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the area of purchasing, project management or similar
• Profound in purchasing processes in combination with strong negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Business fluent English and further foreign language skills is a plus
• Efficient and effective communication skills, ability to work in global and crossfunctional teams
• Independent way of working, strong analytical skills and mobility to go on regular business trips
