With approximatelly 2.500 employees our goal is to leverage the combined system, process and technological expertise to support the Henkel strategy ‘Simplify’.
The IBS Transformation Office gives you the chance to engage with the strategic direction of IBS.
Moreover, we shape, plan and coordinate skill development and communication within IBS as well as support IBS Top Management with various activities.

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Information management with good results
- First relevant practical experiences through internships
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Firm knowledge of MS Office – especially PowerPoint
What we offer
Interns will earn between 800-1000 € depending on the degree. Besides that they can earn around 30% of the accumulated internship income depending on the performance during the internship.
