- Position in the heart of supply chain planning with direct contact to sales, marketing as well as production
- Linking and aligning sales-driven forecasts with production needs
- Being part of the successful innovation pipeline of Henkel Beauty Care by planning and aligning launch-activities
- Responsibility for achieving sales plans by creating short- to long- term sales demand plans with the help of statistical forecasts and input from the sales and marketing teams for promotional activities or special impacts
- Planning, executing and controlling the whole supply chain planning process for promotional activities including sales demands, net demands, inventory levels and the underlying processes
- Identifying slow moving articles and managing their lifecycle
Who are we looking for?
Who we are looking for- Business experience in the field of sales & operations planning or as sales account manager – preferably in an FMCG company
- Degree in economics (or comparable) with understanding of interdependencies in a target-oriented company
- Knowledge of SAP / demand planning systems (preferably APO demand planning) and reporting systems
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in presenting results and taking responsibility in front of groups
- Team-player motivated to develop teams and act as a role model
- Develop and running new global Henkel Beauty Care sales & operations processes for the German retail business
- Flexible, open-minded and not discouraged by setbacks
- Fluent German and English
