This is how you can help

As a Service Engineer in our international field service team, you will help to make sure that our customers around the world enjoy smooth-running machinery.

• This process starts with making sure that the machines are set up and commissioned properly.
• To make sure our customers don’t encounter any problems while you aren’t around, you will also train their staff.
• And last but not least, you will also monitor production on our customers’ premises.
• If you hold the right qualifications, you may also be tasked with inspecting and repairing machinery and providing customers with process-based support.

What you need to help

• For this role, you will have graduated from a professional training course in the field of mechanical engineering, electro-technology, printing or plastics technology and will also be a qualified engineer or foreman. Relevant professional experience as a specialist technician would also be beneficial.
• Candidates require a good knowledge of English and must be willing to travel around the world.
• You will have strong communicative skills and are willing to work in a team. You take a process-oriented approach to challenges and are able to work independently.
