We are looking for a new colleague in the Production Management department OP in Friedrichshafen or another location
SYSTEMHOUSE INDUSTRY 4.0 HEAD (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to implement Industry 4.0 at all 230 production locations of ZF
- Enable, lead, steer an ongoing communication for ZF’s transition towards Industry 4.0 over all concrete Projects and initiatives
- Evaluate the concrete economic benefit regrading projects / concepts and prioritize accordingly
- Manage large, complex projects, pulling disparate teams together to focus on execution and delivery. Effectively manage risks and apply mitigation strategies. Manage astute understanding of key success factors
- Manage highly visible concurrent projects in a major program of Industry 4.0
- Utilize agile methods that can multiple business divisions to plan, organize, lead and motivate agile teams to exceed expectations of performance and delivery
- Prepared to play a range of roles and provide customer focused attention to all business needs and operations
- Deliver ready to use roll-out concepts within the BU’s / plants
Requirements:
- Management of complex, enterprise-scale projects
- Experience in agile team leadership
- Very good knowledge in agile project management principles
- Timely delivery of value
- High level of effective communication skills with all levels of management
- Strong leadership primarily without “formal power”
- Experience in Industry 4.0 projects
- Deep knowledge in factory and shop floor processes
- Excited being a highly visible frontrunner regarding Industry 4.0 within the Company
