Your Tasks and Educational Objectives
In Accounting we assure that the financial reporting of around 300 legal entities complies with national and international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS) and other applicable regulations. We are a strategic partner to the business, providing expertise on how decisions impact on accounting and vice-versa. We facilitate business model, portfolio and IT changes to enable the strategies of divisions and functions and execute group-wide and complex transformation projects. Within Accounting you work and receive insights in an Accounting Organization of a global enterprise with innovative and effective solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies.
- Participate in and contribute to new accounting concepts
- Support the accounting team during the implementation of new concepts across different functions and countries
- Support the communication of accounting concepts and milestones across different functions and countries
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to create use cases and pilots to evaluate the use of new technologies, e. g. robotics, machine learning or blockchain
- Support SharePoint solutions as well as homepages and create information packages
Who you are
- Enrolled master student (m/f) in business administration with main focus on accounting or in an equivalent field
- High affinity for accounting topics in general
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
- High ability to work in a team and in a global environment
- Enjoy developing and implementing new ideas and creative concepts
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

We offer a 6 months internship (either voluntary or obligatory).
