Your Tasks and Educational Objectives
The function Marketing & Sales IT is responsible for enabling multichannel management for all Bayer divisions globally. Our team designs, builds and executes Bayer’s processes and platforms to interact with our clients across multiple channels and with personalized information and services. We have established a central team to develop and drive our strategy and manage the service portfolio and organization. We are looking for interns (m/f) who join the team and help to bring these topics and our organization forward. The main tasks are the following:
- Be a team member and work on strategy, portfolio and organization for Bayer
- Support strategic assessments and help to create insights into trends and opportunities
- Prepare and join workshops to create new ideas and define the strategy implementation
- Directly interact with colleagues all around the globe and apply consulting methods
- Share information about strategy and collaborate on service development
- Gain comprehensive insights into a global corporate function
Who you are
- Enrolled student (m/f) in economics/business or an engineering degree course
- Experience in applying consulting methods through previous internships
- Knowledge of strategy and business model development
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and project management skills
- Professionalism, a rapid grasp of facts, enthusiasm and a high self-motivation
- Being open-minded and challenge the status quo
- Ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of self-initiative
- Ability to focus on highest priorities and set aside less critical tasks
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Your Internship at Bayer is served to gain experience and knowledge and is for the benefit of your professional orientation. In practice-oriented work, you are extensively supported by experienced employees and can thus deepen your theoretical knowledge.
We offer a 6 months internship (either compulsory or information internship).
