Digital Delivery Manager (m/f)


Responsibilities

  • Guide and support the end-to-end development of digital products and services along the lean product development lifecycle
  • Involve all required parties to ensure a proper solution definition, technical integration, delivery setup and product release / go live
  • Drive alignment with the regional digital stakeholders as well as COO-C/D to ensure reusability and efficiency
  • Support creation and prioritization of the digital roadmap in collaboration with the respective global product owners
  • Be the first contact for business in the ideation phase of the digital product development; support in translating the business ideas into a digital solutions outline
  • Map the solution ideas to existing or required digital capabilities, strongly cooperate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects
  • Initiate and drive an appropriate agile cross-functional team setup involving contributing internal and external parties  as well as the digital capabilities of the delivery network
  • Accompany the  development of the product increments mainly collaborating with the chief product owner and the local Digital Lead; support in business stakeholder management as well as with removing of technical and organizational impediments
  • Guide the product development through the go live preparation incl. triggering of required security and load tests as well as the setup of an appropriate DevOps model in close collaboration with digital operations

Qualifications

  • Strong value based lean product development experience and focus from the business to the IT level
  • Good knowledge in agile methodologies and design thinking, ideally experience in scaled and distributed agile development setups
  • Profound knowledge and experience of Utility Industry
  • Ability to interact and communicate with business and IT stakeholders - from working to executive level
  • Profound knowledge of digital core technologies (e.g. data management, data analytics, integration, process automation, mobile, social, API Management, DevOps, cloud)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skill
  • Strong team player in network organized company structures, being able to guide and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), German language skills preferable
  • Ability to work well in and with teams of different nationalities and cultures based in different locations  and across organisational boundaries
  • Willingness to undertake frequent business travel (3-4 days per week)
