Business Analyst Energy Efficiency (m/f)


Responsibilities

  • Support the development and performance management of the Energy Efficiency Domain solutions roadmap (including participation cross all stages of solution development)
  • Steer Data science intelligence development for Energy and Asset related operational excellence
  • Independently run projects within the EE Domain Solutions roadmap to test new technologies and products
  • Support on larger solutions projects from ideation to market entry stage
  • Run pilot projects of third party technologies to extract lessons learned and facilitate decision making on Roadmap impact
  • Pilot projects include (NILM technologies, Predictive Maintenance modules and other digital intelligence applications)
  • Participate in Customer fishbowl sessions, extract the user requirements and feed into the product backlog for future development
  • Support product owner and scrum master in the prioritization of the software requirements
  • Support product owner in software dependency mapping of features
  • Support product owner in management of schedule of feature releases and associated communication
  • Report to the Head of Innovation Energy Efficiency

Qualifications

  • Degree in technical studies, engineering or equivalent education combined with extensive work experience in a related field
  • Experience with general project management processes
  • Experience in testing and evaluation of technologies as well as digital technologies in the energy efficiency space
  • Good understanding of the energy efficiency business activities
  • Strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Internationally minded, comfortable to work in an international culture
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and attitude
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office (XLS, PPT, Word)
  • Ability to translate guidance into tangible actions & plans
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite, other languages are a plus (German, Italian, French)
