Market & Project Manager (m/f) in Customer Solutions
- Drive and support local and E.ON-wide projects & initiatives in an empowered environment; e.g. in the area of Business Development, Collaboration, Strategy, Capability building and Performance
- Identify and drive topics to improve the Customer Solutions business - in Sales and new customer solutions within the local markets but also for the customer solutions business overall
- Build up and manage a strong interface to the operational management teams in the markets as well as on working-level to support the responsible E.ON SE board member (COO-C) in managing and steering the division
- Continuously develop the Sales management approach in close cooperation with the local Sales Businesses
- Support and drive performance discussions regarding the Customer Solutions business in the regular Performance & Business Review formats
- Support the management in defining operational targets and milestones for the local Customer Solutions businesses in order to maintain or achieve a top-quartile position within the respective markets
- Regular interaction with top executices and business leaders across the organization
- Degree or above education with strong academic record
- Deep understanding of sales & marketing, customer operation and product development as well as relevant professional experience in industry or consulting
- In depth knowledge of customer businesses in particular, experiences in business transformation and/or the energy industry are definitely a plus
- Ideally the candidate will have experience of leading retail businesses through changes driven by increasing competition & market transformation
- Communication skills and assertiveness – ability to actively manage both internal and external stakeholders on senior level
- Good command of business English
- Self-motivated, ability to take on responsibility and to drive change
