Solution Manager - PV and Battery (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Adapt and improve the Aura PV and Battery hardware and software portfolio for international markets (initially Italy)
• Recurrently gather, analyze market and customer insights, derive relevant insights and identify potential value add through hardware upgrades for the PV and Battery value proposition
• Develop a deep understanding of selected residential and SME PV and Battery markets
• Build up expertise in the development of a go-to-market approach and delivery in international markets for E.ON (regulation, technology, battery applications)
• Analyze existing system to identify flaws, inefficiencies or incompatibility to regulations and deduct modifications
• Create blueprint for desired improvements of PV and Battery solution hardware and software, safeguard quality of specifications to partners and suppliers
• Test newly added improvements and their fit into the overall solution
• Close cooperation with PV and Battery global product development and cooperation with departments such as Marketing, Digital and Innovation for technology and delivery of PV and Battery solution
• Support the Business Development Manager for PV and Battery and act as his/her trusted advisor in regard to product improvements for continuous enhancement of the value proposition

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Working experience in the energy industry, especially in energy storage solutions
• In depth understanding of the PV and Battery solution and its delivery (regulation, technology, battery applications)
• Ability to analyze complex equipment and determine the best way to improve it using logic and data from customer feedback and market trends
• Commitment to customer experience and customer centric thinking
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with proven ability to work in international, highly agile and flexible teams and business environments
• Ability to manage own work-stream with high degree of independence
• Strong communication skills with ability to convince others and communicate with colleagues and third parties from various backgrounds
• Business fluent in English, language proficiency in Italian and German is of advantage
