Operational Excellence Expert (m/f)
- Lead or participate in improvement initiatives and provide expert problem solving support
- Actively support the roll-out of Operational Excellence across the organisation in different countries
- Build full buy-in of line managers at every step of the process by identifying and actively removing barriers to change
- Build Operational Excellence capabilities across the organisation: train, coach and support colleagues at multiple levels
- Deliver impact for EC&R through the application of Operational Excellence
- Ensure the correct use of group standards
- Contribute to communications and community building events, actively network with peers from the Operational Community and promote best practice sharing within E.ON
- An Excellent university degree in a related field e.g. Business, Management, Economics, Engineering
- Substantial experience and a passion for Operational Excellence/Lean Management
- Substantial experience in leading operations transformations
- Experience in leading projects across departmental or business borders
- Experience in the ‘Renewables’ industry or other engineering backgrounds is a plus
- Experience in training, facilitation and coaching of others to gain new skills
- A solution-orientated and analytical individual, dedicated to finding pragmatic/simple solutions to complex problems
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, able to influence others without direct authority
- A high level of social competence, ability to work in different cultures and diverse environments
- The role involves frequent travel, so flexibility and a willingness to travel is a must
- Fluent in English, additional languages welcome
