Product Owner Sales and Delivery App (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, managing and updating the Sales App and Installer App from a global perspective
• Constantly gather user data and experiences in order to further improve app features across relevant countries
• Serve as a technical lead for software development within PV & Battery
• Define and coordinate translation and implementation into local systems
• Lead agile development teams in phases of software adaptation

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science
• 2-5 years of professional experience preferably from a digital agency
• Proven experience with leading development teams and ability to lead with agility and conflicts of priorities
• Experience in agile software development on Scrum / Kanban basis in cross-functional teams
• Experience and knowledge of best practice methodologies
• PV experience is beneficial
• Analytic mind with ability to derive concrete recommendations and drive their implementation
• Strong communication and moderation skills, persuasiveness and empathy
• Willingness and ability to take responsibility in independent projects
• Start up mentality with "can-do" attitude and drive to improve continuously
• Fluency in English and German required
