Business Analyst - IT Solutions (m/f)

Business value creator with a proper understanding of energy business, respective IT solution knowhow and excellence in business analysis
Proactive business consulting and communication
Requirements management: investigation, critical evaluation incl. cost benefit analysis, quality check, requirements elicitation and documentation, preparation of RFI/RFP documents and alignment with stakeholders
Initiate, lead and/or supervise projects end to end (agile and waterfall)
Assure all aspects of IT performance (budget, costs, quality) as counterpart to the business
Planning IT activities according to business strategy
Consulting regarding and considering IT security requirements, audits and compliance
IT order management for projects, call-off-orders and business services

Academic degree or equivalent professional qualification / experience
Several years of professional IT experience (esp. projects and applications)
Customer oriented attitude and empathy for identifying the actual needs of a stakeholder
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, understanding how to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Able to transfer technically complex topics into management messages / presentations
Experience in leading IT projects and programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Persuasiveness, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build up good and trustful relations with key counterparts on business and IT side
