Agile Project Manager (m/f) with focus on energy economics
- Actively Initiate, Plan and Execute projects using different software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
- Manage plan, quality, scope and costs of delivery projects, providing full transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and track task plans for diverse teams of internal and external business analysts, solution architects, developers and testers
- Work together with Business users and identify appropriate solutions by applying PM methodologies to ensure timely and full delivery of customer requirements
- Closely align, take guidance from and provide feedback to IT peers in IT Architecture and Service Management functions
- Ensure overall consistency of solutions and smooth transition into operations
- Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders across regions will be critical to the success of this role
- Actively promote knowledge sharing and build-up of internal IT expertise and skills
- Academic degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
- Hands on experience in a Project Management role, with direct involvement in medium/large size IT implementation projects
- Experience with ETRM systems and cloud based implementations is a plus
- Strong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organisational skills and IT affinity
- Ability to work both independently and within a team in combination with the willingness to accept responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in order to facilitate workshops, present to senior stakeholders and conflict resolution
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German or other languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
