Management and coordination of cross functional activities (e.g. IT-contracting, IT-licensing, IT-security) for the e-mobility domain across all relevant involved partners and providers
Tight cooperation with the Head of Platform and Operations, product owners, architects and support & operations managers to ensure integrity of the product with the overarching platform strategy
Support COO product owners in the role of scrum master to define the delivery and service integration framework incl. testing (i.e. manage plan, quality, scope and costs of delivery projects, providing full transparency throughout the project lifecycle)
Guide the product development through the go live preparation incl. triggering of required security, functional and load tests as well as the setup of an appropriate DevOps model in close collaboration with digital operations
Closely involve peers in solution development, support and operations function and cross functional departments across the product development and operations lifecycle
Set-up and manage service integration for E-Mobility regarding incident management processes across E.ON, development and support partners
Contribute to commercial planning, product calculation and cost controlling for E-Mobility IT services
Excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders across the agile product development streams for E-Mobility and Solutions Business
Actively promote knowledge sharing and build-up of internal IT expertise and skills
Qualifications
University degree in information technology or extensive work experience in related field
Several years of successful, proven experience in the area of program or project management
Strong strategic thinking focused on business partners, with a pragmatic balance towards action as well as proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders to develop and work towards a common goal and vision
Proven knowledge in IT Service contract negotiation and management (e.g. IT Service Framework Agreements, IT Service Level Agreements, IT-licensing)
Familiarity and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), used to working in a flexible manner
Preferably experience in the E-Mobility context and understanding of relevant concepts and roles (e.g. EMP, CPO, roaming)
Highly developed interpersonal and intercultural skills with the ability to lead / facilitate as required
Excellent planning capabilities and able to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment as well as high degree of flexibility and performance orientation
Strong influencing & negotiation skills
A very good command of business English and German
