E-Mobility Senior Solution Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Tight cooperation with the Head of Platform and Operations to define the overarching platform strategy and IT capabilities, as well as support strategic goals of the Head of E-Mobility
• Work closely with COO product owners to ensure competitive, market-oriented software solutions and generate USPs for E.ON and strategic partners
• Support E-Mobility requirements specification, prioritization, release planning and translation into IT requirements with agile methodology
• Coordinate requirements engineering and dependency management as well as release planning between product owners and development partners
• Foster integration and synergies with E.ON's overall energy solutions portfolio  
• Actively drive continuous optimization of the E-Mobility  software solution based on customer feedback and experience in IT support
• Guide and support the end-to-end development of digital products and services along the lean product development lifecycle
• Involve all required parties to ensure a proper solution definition, technical integration, delivery setup and product release / go live
• Initiate and drive an appropriate agile cross-functional team setup involving contributing internal and external parties  as well as the digital capabilities of the delivery network
• Accompany the  development of the product increments mainly collaborating with the chief product owner and the local Digital Lead; support in business stakeholder management as well as with removing of technical and organizational impediments

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, information systems
• Several years’ experience in IT architecture and requirements definition for complex software solutions as well as extensive background knowledge of strategy and business processes in distribution and sales
• In-depth know-how of new energy solutions including Mobility, Smart Grid, Storage, VPP and Demand-Side Management
• Up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices as well as knowledge of IT architecture, IoT, cloud and "…as a service" concepts also at large scale
• Strong expertise in agile project management and methods for business analysis, architecture and solution design
• Strong networking and communication skills in an international environment
• Clear focus thinker with ability to execute on priorities and effectively control milestones (project mode), high performance orientation and motivation to make E.ON and EBS IT fit for the future
• Target-oriented and fair team player who acts cooperatively also when under pressure
• Business-fluent in both German and English
• Flexibility to travel at a regular basis
