E-Mobility Business Support Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with COO product and regional business owners to ensure customer requirements are met in a professional, timely and cost-effective way
• Expert 2nd level support to advise on configuration of new solutions in CPO and EMP backend (i.e. tariffs, customers, contracts, charge-points)
• Enable regional go-to-market teams by providing training on new software releases and support processes
• Set-up effective support processes across 1st/2nd/3rd level with global and regional support partners
• Qualified assessment of incoming tickets and requests and effective routing to incident management, support and development partners
• Support QA and testing for new E-Mobility software releases
• Coordinate regional and conduct overarching contract negotiations with support partners in all E.ON countries to achieve most favourable market conditions

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology or extensive work experience in related field
• Several years’ experience in IT support for complex software solutions as well as drive for operational excellence and continuous improvement of the support set-up and processes
• Solid operational experience of working with business stakeholders in issue resolution;
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration, further develop project framework for effective integration of new customers, charge-points etc.
• Project management experience including familiarity and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), used to working in a flexible manner
• Experience in an IT Service Management organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site environment, ITIL Foundation in Service Management is a plus
• Strong communication skills in an international environment as well as target-oriented and fair team player who acts cooperatively also when under pressure
• High performance orientation and motivation to make E.ON and EBS IT fit for the future
• Business-fluent in both German and English
• Flexibility to travel at a regular basis
