E-Mobility Business Support Manager - (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with COO product owners and regional business owners to ensure stable operations, professional incident management and drive continuous improvement/bug fixing
• Ensure efficient, scalable and secure operations set-up for the e-mobility application landscape
• Manage day-to-day Operations, Performance Management, Incident Management and Application Security across a Service Oriented Architecture with multiple integrated cloud solutions
• QA/Testing/Integration of new components into operations framework
• Ensure flexibility and scalability for enabling of new services
• Ensure effective collaboration with agile software development practices in a Dev-Ops environment.
• Coordinate regional and conduct overarching contract negotiations with operations partners in all E.ON countries to achieve most favourable market conditions
• Tight cooperation with the Head of Platform and Operations to ensure integrity of the product with the overarching platform strategy, as well as support strategic goals of the Head of E-Mobility

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology or extensive work experience in related field
• Several years of successful, proven experience in the area of service and operations management
• Experience in an IT Service Management organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site environment, ITIL Foundation in Service Management
• Experience in the management of IoT, distributed network components (preferably in the E-Mobility context and understanding of relevant concepts and roles (e.g. EMP, CPO, roaming))
• Solid operational experience of working in application support & issue resolution; project management experience in an agile setting is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Written and Spoken English, German language preferred
