Senior Sales and Domain Controller (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Steer reporting and planning process for the domain Onsite-Generation (OSG) and prepare timely and accurate reporting and planning on the consolidated domain view
- Build flexible, well-structured and integrated analysis tools to support overall performance measurement
- Prepare financial propositions including sensitivity and scenario analysis for the domain and support of sales team preparing business cases and decision materials for the ECT Board
- Monitor domain cost center budgets and profitability of customer contracts
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for domain management
- Support implementing new processes and tools for domain and sales steering
- Support the central OSG domain controlling in data consolidation and analysis
Qualifications
- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting and finance; MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus
- Extensive work experience and a verifiable track record of adding value in the area of (sales) controlling, planning and reporting, ideally in an international environment
- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of highly motivated and talented individuals
- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines
- Highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Open personality and internationally minded; comfortable with working in a start-up environment with very flat hierarchies; highly motivated and willing to roll up sleeves
- Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must; other languages are a plus (e.g. German, Russian, Italian)
- Solid knowledge in standard controlling and/or reporting tools and systems, including MS Office (esp. Excel and Access) and SAP CO/FI
The role is initially limited to two years as a maternity leave replacement.
