Senior Financial Controller - Planning & Reporting of New Customer Solutions (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop reporting, forecasting and planning processes / activities for E.ON Connecting Energies Group
• Lead and develop reporting, forecasting and planning processes / activities for New Customer Solutions
• Deliver regular reports on business performance including P&L, cash-flow, working capital development, net financial position and liquidity planning
• Ensure compliance and consistency of processes and systems with E.ON Connecting Energies and E.ON Group guidelines
• Lead/ initiate projects, targeted to build a fit for purpose and agile Planning & Reporting landscape
• Collaborate across teams, functions and countries and act as interface with relevant stakeholders with respect to Reporting, Forecasting and Planning processes

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on controlling/accounting
• Broad work experience in the field of finance, in an international environment and ideally in a customer-centric industry in the B2B space
• Experience with financial reporting and accounting systems and processes, including SAP CO/FI, SAP SEM und BoPC
• Good knowledge in German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS Standards
• Excellent analytical skills and quick understanding for business models or commercial deals with the ability to bring complex tasks to swift and pragmatic decisions
• Results-oriented, problem solving and innovativ and with a strong ability to think laterally and flexibly
• Team player, high level of reliability, integrity and ownership
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
