International Digital Sales & Marketing Program Manager (m/f)


Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end digitalization of E.ON’s customer experience, enabling digital B2C sales/service business (commodity brownfield)
  • Accountable for managing all digital sales and service program activities for 2 regional units (RU) and to deliver on the defined objectives
  • Work closely with other digital team members such as other program and project manager to define and deliver projects in the regions
  • Report to the Head of Digital Sales and Service regarding overall status and direction within RU
  • Act as a point of contact for the RU for all digital matters, build strong relationships with the relevant digital stakeholders in the RU and manage them accordingly
  • Act as interface between the RU and the digital delivery arms within E.ON and with external agencies and contractors to support the delivery in the RU
  • Employ adequate methods to understand AS-IS, identify weaknesses and opportunities, set objectives to achieve defined goals and mitigate identified risks
  • Set digital strategies and manage the digital portfolio of RU, considering their specific requirements (360 degrees understanding) of achieving digital KPIs targets
  • Manage the portfolio of global initiatives to achieve the target KPIs in terms of defining, implementing and follow up on digital KPIs for the RU
  • Further develop your digital skills with on the job coaching, mentoring and off the job learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a marketing, technical or business field
  • Significant work experience in account/program management in an international environment, experience of consulting at recognized firms would be beneficial
  • Experience in the field of digital customer experience or digital sales and servicing in utilities or similar industry (Telcos, Banking)
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms and hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Proven skills in managing key digital accounts, involving senior stakeholder management
  • Clear understanding of the business and key challenges / opportunities in the regions, as well as a high level of commercial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and delivery focus combined with pragmatic spirit and can do attitude
  • Business fluency in English, other languages are a plus (e.g. German, Czech, Swedish, Italian)
  • Mobility to undertake frequent international business travel
