Segment Business Development Manager (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Design actionable concepts for the implementation of integrated energy savings solutions
• Leverage the consulting dialogue with clients and promote integrated energy solutions based on the full range of ECT's core services and including, if useful, solutions available from other units of the E.ON Group
• Steer the design of E.ON Connecting Energies' integrated solutions by developing customer specific value propositions and oversee the implementation of such integrated solutions
• Interact with the colleagues from other E.ON Connecting Energies and E.ON units to develop, sell and implement such integrated solutions
• Identify and access all potential revenue channels for E.ON Connecting Energies & E.ON products and services, delivering customer revenues in-line with or exceeding business targets
• Implement best practice sales tools across all Business Units and countries

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Economics
• Proven track record in energy (efficiency) consulting
• Complete professional fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts with B2B customers
• Knowledge, ability and tenacity to deliver board level commercial and technical insight and profitable recommendations across a broad scope of energy industry market mechanisms, whether related to technology, funding, regulation, customer adoption or government targets
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with the ability to communicate these concepts to others to ensure that commercial implications of actions are recognised and understood
• Manage and facilitate multi-disciplinary project teams to meet specific project technical and commercial requirements
