Responsibilities

The Joint Venture Manager is a line management function reporting to the Plant Manager within the Arkona operations team and has the overall responsibility to perform sound cooperation management to the shareholder (E.ON and Statoil), the TSO 50Hertz and other cooperation partner for the offshore wind farm Arkona.

• Management of commercial aspects of the wind farm Arkona under the respective Joint Venture agreements.
• Management and contribution of all technical, commercial and legal documents in timely responses to shareholder information needs and audit processes.
• Preparation and coordination of all input required for cooperation related decision inputs and papers or contract negotiations with both shareholders.
• Facilitation and consolidation of the technical reporting to the governing bodies of the joint venture with Statoil and the cooperation with TSO 50Hertz.
• Delivery of quality assured information (esp. with regard to cooperation, reporting and documentation) and regular exchange with stakeholder.

Qualifications

• Degree as Legal Counsel, Engineering or Business and Economics
• Proven leadership experience in joint venture management, ideally Offshore Wind
• Comprehensive work experience and understanding on joint venture related tasks, excellent contractual skills and skills of documentation tools incl. visualisation (MS Office)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of group processes and handling of interfaces
• Proactive, reliable and structured way of working and solution oriented
• Fluent in German and English (in writing and verbally)
