Coordination and administration of processes within the Process IT (PIT) with focus on controlling and finance
Administer and coordinate the financial details of projects the PIT group is responsible for by working directly with Line Manager and Project Managers
Tracking budget and spend on projects including organization and documentation of project budgets, maintenance and development of reports to show project progress
Procurement request management in SAP system such as initiating procurement requests, tracking of purchase orders utilizing SAP reports (e.g. tracking spend against order amounts, notification to managers when spend is approaching limits)
Creation and submission of invoices to internal departments
Monthly review of cost center development for the department
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management or similar relevant work experience and a verifiable track record of adding value in a similar position
Very good knowledge of MS-Office Package (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) with a special focus on the preparation of figures in Excel
Strong customer service orientation with convincing organization, communication and coordination skills
Excellent administrative, process support skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver assignments in a timely manner and pro-activity linked to the above
User knowledge of SAP and especially in SAP procurement packages
Internationally minded with high motivation and hands-on attitude
Accountability and resourcefulness
Comfortable working in an IT environment
Business fluent in English, German as a plus
