Team Assistant (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the EEP team including diary management, travel arrangements, and SAP finance systems
- Receive, open and filter both internal and external post and e-mails, answer telephone calls; screen where appropriate, redirect where necessary, resolve and anticipate any problems
- Prepare and organize meetings, workshops and related events
- Acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and colleagues across the E.ON group
- Interface and liaise at all levels, including MD’s, Directors, Managers and PA’s from across the European business, external organizations and customers
- Ad-hoc administration duties to support the team such as taking minutes, telephone answering, producing presentations, spread sheets, reports etc.
- Handling and budget control of orders, invoices and payments, including the use of SAP
- Provide administration and support to key projects of our business departments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a comparable role as Office Manager, Team Assistant or Team Administrator
- Excellent use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SAP finance systems, including processing of purchase orders and invoices
- Highly developed personal organization skills encompassing a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality and good attention to detail
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm and experience in working with tight deadlines
- Proactive approach to work activities
- Flexibility to work across geographical, functional and organizational borders
- Strong relationship management and networking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills as well as good numerical skills
- Business level in both German and English is mandatory; further language skills are beneficial
