Solution Manager (m/f) Business Analytics - New Customer Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of performance indicators from measurement to reporting and analytics
• Act as Product Owner Business Analytics for Operations, Finance and/or Sales in the matrix based New Customer Solutions (NCS) organization across eleven countries
• Initiate, develop and lead the change process to deliver improved reporting functionality through the development of Microsoft, SAP and other BI/BW systems
• Act independently, or lead a group of technical contributors, while maintaining top level responsibility for detailed solution analysis and design during business requirement capture to development proposal
• Drive the timely and accurate delivery of new projects and regular reporting formats
• Steer the use of a consistent  data model between different functions, domain areas and regions
• Responsible for Data Quality Management
• Compilation and prioritization of business and IT suggestion with innovative potential
• Single Point of Contact for business and IT regarding Controlling/Reporting/Planning issues in the area of responsibilities
• Establish and lead a stakeholder forum across Business, Controlling and IT (across all NCS domains and all regions) to enable speedy timely of new planning and reporting solutions

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent professional qualification / experience
• Proper understanding of financial, sales and operational performance indicators in the energy business
• Several years of work experiences in relevant areas, preferably in the energy sector and/or solution business with direct exposure to complex information management, performance management and management information initiatives
• Understanding of operational and cost driven organizations. High focus on fast and cost efficient implementation of solutions
• Excellent result-driven & problem solving skills
• Experiences with development and change management in an Agile working environment with Design Thinking methods
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
• Persuasiveness, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication & moderation skills in fluent English, German would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently
