Senior Expert HR Diagnostics, Learning Strategies & EVP (m/f), fixed term until 31.12.2018
Responsibilities
- Act as internal subject matter expert/consultant to the Community of Practice in countries/divisions on HR diagnostics, Learning and EVP and establish knowledge networks
- Develop, project manage and maintain corporate HR instruments and processes on a business requested basis and or where it makes commercial sense e.g. competency frameworks, social media approach, graduate recruitment strategy, group wide training requirements e.g. on Integrity/compliance
- Employer brand – define and develop employer brand strategy (EVP) and make products available to units on a ‘tool-kit’ basis
- Responsible for developing and deploying agreed group wide learning solutions working with the community of practice based in the units/countries/divisions
- Define diagnostic strategy for top executive talent pools and implement
- Provide global frameworks for HR diagnostic portfolio
- Develop and provide frameworks to the units to implement a ‘Learn Anytime, Anywhere’ culture with contemporary learning techniques and digital learning mindset
- Partner with the business to understand common strategic needs and anticipate and meet future learning and skills requirements
- Where there is an agreed business need source and manage global learning products (eg e-learnings, getAbstract, Change Toolkit) to ensure harmonised and cost effective solutions are delivered
- Manage the group-wide learning platform and infrastructure including e-learning authoring tool to ensure technical standards are met and a consistent learner experience is delivered. Ensure units understand the need for robust record keeping where there is a need for regulator reporting/compliance
- Run benchmarks and best practice studies – stay informed of trends and innovations in areas of learning, HR diagnostics and EVP
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge and extensive experience of learning and HR Diagnostic techniques ideally holding some psychometric qualifications
- Operational HR experience – experience of putting into practice competency frameworks and learning programmes
- Consulting, facilitation and project management experience
- Strong business acumen and experience of developing and implementing cost effective HR solutions
- Used to working in an international, matrix environment
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills
- Approachable, collaborative style to build and nurture relationships at all levels, intercultural sensitivity
- High level of result orientation, drive and ability to work independently
- Courage and integrity to stand up for necessary actions and decisions
- Fluent in English
