Operations Lead (m/f) Infrastructure/Ultra-Fast Charging

Responsibilities

• Supporting the operations of E-Mobility infrastructure by ensuring that all (Ultra-)Fast Charging (UFC) sites across Europe are operated & maintained according to state-of-the-art standards for technology and safety
• Creating brilliant B2C customer experiences in using E.ON (U)FC sites for operations- and maintenance-related activities (e.g. ensuring functioning charging technology, satisfactory customer support)
• Coordinating procurement and managing of SLAs for provision of operations & maintenance (incl. energy supply) across Europe as well as SLA supplier performance management
• Ensuring planned maintenance, remote infrastructure management (NOC), and supplier availability for unplanned maintenance
• Ensuring state-of-the-art HSE provisions (e.g. legal and safety rules and education, corrective action plan)
• Developing standardized reporting tools to allow monitoring for E.ON and partners
• Managing interactions with site owners during operations and maintenance phase
• Assuring operational coordination with development and deployment managers to ensure B2C customer and partner satisfaction

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in Business or engineering/automotive background
• Proven capabilities in operations & maintenance management and execution, delivering high quality output in an international environment
• Proven experience in B2C customer support management
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams across departmental or business borders
• Experience/background in e-mobility/automotive and HSE are advantages
• Experience with E.ON processes, esp. procurement, is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, agile working mode
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attitude to get things done and business driven
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
