Project Manager (m/f) Infrastructure/Ultra-Fast Charging

Responsibilities

• Supporting the buildup of E-Mobility infrastructure through managing deployment of (Ultra-)Fast Charging (UFC) sites across Europe
• Performing project management, incl. performance management, and supervision of (U)FC site deployment
• Managing relationships and coordinating with stakeholders across E.ON (HQ & regional units) as well as external stakeholders (e.g. site owners) 
• Assessing site requirements, planning sites and coordinating permitting process (if required) with support of technical specialists
• Coordinating procurement of selected vendors, hardware, and grid connection and supplying required business and technical information
• Ensuring physical and digital functionality of built infrastructure, coordinating HSE assessment of sites and implementation of required measures
• Assuring operational coordination with development and operations managers to ensure B2C customer and partner satisfaction

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in engineering/automotive or construction/deployment management background
• Successful, proven experience in deployment and/or construction supervision
• Proven capabilities in project management and execution, delivering high quality output in an international environment
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural project teams across departmental or business borders
• Experience/background in e-mobility/automotive and HSE are advantages
• Experience with E.ON processes, esp. procurement, is an advantage
• Customer-oriented, agile working mode with focus on results
• Able to work flexibly in uncertain and complex environments
• Good interpersonal skills, an attitude to get things done and a business driven personality
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
