Senior Expert Executive HR & Talent (m/f)


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the employment 'life-cycle' of the Top 100 leaders including contractual matters.
  • Work closely with the business to understand required competencies, current bench-strength and develop and implement strategies to close identified gaps.
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Business Solutions team on the development of the talent strategy for the Top 100 and talent frameworks and diagnostics for use as required by the business
  • Work closely with the units via the Talent Community of Practice to understand emerging Top Talent - this may involve participating in or leading for some functions the C level placement process
  • Support the annual Management Review process and work to ensure strength and depth in succession plans and talent pipeline
  • Manage the Management Review process and annual compensation cycle for the Top 100
  • Responsible for Top 100 'feeder' talent pool - identification and development
  • Work with the Business Solutions team to ensure the Top 100 are developed to be 'the best they can be'
  • Manage and further develop an executive search PSL and consider innovative ways of developing an external pipeline
  • Provide advice and guidance to the E.ON Board on talent matters
  • Responsible for ensuring E.ON has a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline - this includes setting and monitoring corporate gender diversity targets
  • Advisory function to KBR and KSPRA on generic talent topics


Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Broad HR experience ideally significant HR business partner experience both in national and international environments with profound talent management knowledge
  • A strong team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ideally consulting, facilitation and project management experience
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion for making difference and willing to innovate
  • Business acumen and a good understanding of E.ON's organisational structure and executive arrangements
  • Approachable and able to build relationships at all levels with intercultural sensitivity
  • High level of result orientation, drive and courage - willing to challenge
  • Fluent in English
