Development Manager (m/f) Infrastructure/Ultra-Fast Charging

Responsibilities

• Supporting the buildup of E-Mobility infrastructure through scouting of sites to build Ultra-Fast Charging infrastructure in target countries
• Creating and managing a project plan for Ultra-Fast Charging infrastructure roll-out across Europe
• Acquiring, building and managing partnerships for attractive Ultra-Fast Charging sites and/or co-investments
• Educating (potential) partners on E-Mobility and (Ultra-)Fast Charging and creating supporting communication material
• Managing partner and site negotiations, customizing offer to site and partner, and concluding contracts
• Assuring operational coordination with deployment and operations managers to ensure B2C customer and partner satisfaction with offering
• Monitoring attractive local and international public funding schemes and managing application and access to these
• Aligning with Regional Units on partner acquisition, contract conclusion, construction, and operations & maintenance to ensure interlinkage with local business offering

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in Business, Economics, or engineering/automotive background
• Successful, proven experience in B2C/B2B sales and customer relationship management in an international environment
• Proven capabilities in project management and execution, delivering high quality output
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural project teams across departmental or business borders
• Experience/background in e-mobility/automotive as well as public funding applications are advantages
• Customer-oriented, agile working mode with focus on results
• Tenacity and ability to provide clarity and see options in times of ambiguity
• Ability to build strong networks and to promote and drive change
• Able to spot possibilities in uncertain and complex environments
• Good interpersonal skills, an attitude to get things done and a business driven personality
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
