Working student Health, Safety and Environment / Sustainability (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Managing internal HSE processes, such as the regular HSE reporting, communication and board updates, follow up on incident investigations.
• Improvement of HSE procedures and applicable documents as part of our HSE Management System
• Organization of internal cross audits and certification audits according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Preparation of communication documents, presentations and team meetings
• General day-to-day business of the HSE / S department

Qualifications

• Enrolled as full-time student at a university during the entire duration of the position in an engineering / health & safety / environment / sustainability related or relevant field preferred
• Good knowledge of and strong interest in the energy sector, especially renewables
• Knowledge of management systems and their certification (ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001) is of advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Very good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and highly organized, to work on multiple tasks at the same time and to cope under pressure
• High level of commitment and team spirit to work in an international background
• A structured, team-oriented and accurate way of working
• Fluent in English and good level of reading and writing in German
