Head of Segment Sales for Manufacturing (m/f)

Responsibilities

Join us to:

• Own a segment goal (esp. finance)
• Drive E.ON's strategy to generate higher business value for the customers
• Help to deepen the segment understanding implementing a segment sales structure for a systematic market approach
• Drive profitable growth for the segment
• Sharpen E.ON's brand recognition with established relations on top management level
• Lead  the sales forces in the region via dotted line and supported by Segment Business Development
• Drive the segment knowledge into the E.ON org.
• Implement as an active member in the segment specific networks and organisations
• Deliver profit margins in line with or exceeding business targets
• Report to the Head of Solution Sales B2B

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree and several years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership skills and P&L experience
• Proven segment knowledge/network as well as a proven track record in building sustainable and profitable key accounts
• Proven track record of success stories in a matrix environment: "leading through influence"
• Familiar with strategic selling tools and procedures
• Ability to understand customer business and processes and link it to energy related impacts
• Strong in relationship building and sales motivation esp. in the referred industry
• Experience of route to market solution selling in vertical industry sectors (e.g. Manufacturing)
• Fluent verbal and written German and English language skills, other languages such as Czech, Polish, Swedish are an advantage
