Product Owner CRM (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and updating the Dynamics CRM and PowerBi system in accordance with business needs
• Define and manage the product backlog, create user stories together with the local business and work with the development team to deliver those stories
• Continuously seek and analyze new solutions across relevant countries
• Define and coordinate translation and implementation into local systems if required
• Lead agile development teams (nearshore) in phases of software adaptation

Qualifications

• University degree in the field of economics, business informatics, business engineering or a comparable course of study
• Experience in agile software development on Scrum / Kanban basis in cross- functional teams
• Some professional experience in a comparable position beneficial and previous PV expertise beneficial
• Good knowledge of all MS office products, CRM and data & web analytics tools
• Analytic mind with ability to derive concrete recommendations and drive their implementation
• Strong communication and moderation skills, persuasiveness and empathy paired with willingness and ability to take responsibility in independent projects
• Start up mentality with "can-do" attitude and drive to improve continuously
• Fluency in English and German
