Global Product Developer - PV and Battery (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing global product portfolio (SolarCloud, general and App related services) and provide Insight and support for local adaptions
• Support the continuous improvement and enhancement of our PV & Battery product portfolio and consider local requirements and feedback for planning and definition of a global portfolio
• Lead or assist implementation of new product components into our product portfolio
• Develop the global product roadmap for products and act as knowledge hub for local product teams
• Identify and build third party partnerships with potential of international scale
• Smoothly run the interface to the Global PO´s for the PV & Batterty domain IT and Infrastructure
• Recurrently gather, analyze market and customer insights; derive relevant information and identify potential value add through product developments for the PV and Battery value proposition and regularly exchange with local hardware teams on feedback and requirements
• Prepare global product  specific documentation and carry out service accordant trainings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, engineering, business engineering or equivalent
• Open mindset with understanding of digital developments and markets, creativity to identify opportunities for hardware product portfolio
• In depth understanding of the PV and Battery solutions and its delivery (technology, battery applications) and professional experience on product ownership  or product management in an energy environment
• Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering projects in time, money and quality
• High commitment to customer experience and customer centric thinking
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with, ability to work in highly agile and flexible teams and business environments
• Ability to manage own work-stream with high degree of independence
• Strong communication skills with ability to convince others and communicate with colleagues and third parties from various backgrounds
• Business fluent in English, language proficiency in German is of advantage
