Manufacturing Engineer Graduates (f/m)

Your Qualifications: 

1. Master s Degree in chemical engineering (or equivalent) 
2. Strong capability for growth, thinking out of the box, strong interpersonal skills, organized and thorough, driven by results, analytical
3. Flexibility and mobility: availability to live, move and work within Europe
4. Fluent in English
5. Good knowledge of a second language is preferred

1. Hiring and Onboarding at the European headquarter in the Netherlands
2. Assignments at various European locations as Process / Project Engineer, Production- or HSE Engineer
3. Assure innovation and continuous improvement of safety, production processes, plants reliability and efficiency and cost competitiveness
4. Promoting technical solutions in compliance with national legislation and company internal rules and procedures
5. Participate in plant pre-start-up checks, pre- commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities, including personnel training
6. Document and update the Know-How of production processes, to be available within the plant staff and within the company through the Knowledge Exchange Communities. 

As an engineer graduate you will profit from a personalized qualification program as well as intensive support from our mentors. The program has attractive earning possibilities and is set up for a period of up to three assignments at different European locations.
