Business Graduates (f/m) 

Your Qualifications: 

1. Recent master's degree in industrial engineering (or equivalent) 
2. Strong technical education with additional business / management orientation 
3. Maximum 2 years of work experience 
4. Eligibility to work in the European Union 
5. Strong capability for growth, thinking out of the box, strong interpersonal skills, organized and thorough, able to meet deadlines, driven by results, analytical, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
6. Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, good knowledge of a second language is preferred 

1. Hiring and Onboarding in the Netherlands 
2. Different assignments to our sites in Europe and in variety of roles in the fields Marketing, Technical Support, Business Analysis, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistic, Olefins
3. Achieving sales and pricing objectives in terms of contribution margin, volume, customer share, cost management and working capital
4. Presenting opportunistic sales opportunities to the business on a regular basis
5. Developing and nurtures relationships with sales and marketing and establishes solid relationships with them 
6. Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and builds an effective network
