BESCHREIBUNG

Academic Work is on behalf of our client Nokia Solutions and Networks GmbH & Co. KG looking for an Data Analyst (m/w) for HR Reporting. You will support the existing team of 5 people.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at Nokia Solutions and Networks GmbH & Co. KG. The assignment will be full time. There are good opportunities for a takeover, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.

AUFGABEN

As an Data Analyst (m/f) for HR Reporting, you will be working with the Global HR Reporting Team responsible for the worldwide employees using the tool MS Power BI.

For example, you will support the team with:

• developing a HR Scorecard by visualizing the items and adding interactive elements for the end users
• transferring data to Power BI for monthly reports
• preparing the HR data for decision making
• generating new ideas for the data designs

ANFORDERUNGEN

• Degree in statistics or related fields, for example information and knowledge management
• Knowledge in the practical use of Power BI: development of chartings, data visualization, etc.
• Work experience in the field of data analysis and in working with confidential information
• Very good writing and verbal English skills since you will be in contact with your international colleagues

Since you will have presentations for the different teams at Nokia, you will have good communications skills and are not afraid of being the center of attention.
