BESCHREIBUNG

Because of the excellent order situation, we are supporting our client Cadence in finding a (Junior) Physical Design Engineer (f/m) SoC .

AUFGABEN

You will join a new team which will be responsible for the physical implementation of state-of-the-art digital designs in advanced nodes technologies, including floorplanning, timing/power/area optimization and clock tree synthesis. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Synthesis and DFT
• Implementation of Low power handling, Timing and Power signoff
• Clock tree synthesis and floorplanning
• Physical and formal verification

ANFORDERUNGEN

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or in Computer Science
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Good understanding of digital IC design
